Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Credit Analyst III for specialty lending, remotely in the United States. You will evaluate complex transactions across litigation finance, fund finance, and asset-based lending, and prepare rigorous risk assessments for credit approvals.

You will work with senior leadership to monitor market risks, structure multi-entity deals, and guide junior analysts while ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience, with specialty lending preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in cash flow modeling and credit structuring.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex specialty lending transactions.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for senior management and loan committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting best practices.
• Monitor industry and regulatory developments affecting specialty lending.
