Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience; specialty/asset-based/non-traditional lending preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit structuring.
• Familiarity with receivables financing concepts and asset-based lending.
• Understanding of litigation finance fundamentals, sponsor-backed lending, and leveraged finance.

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex specialty lending transactions across sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures and assess risk.
• Build and monitor borrowing base calculations, advance rates, and collateral eligibility.
• Assess litigation finance risk and sponsor experience; evaluate exit strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for senior management and loan committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to underwriting best practices.
