Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls and facilitate CPAP supply reorders. You will promote CPAP equipment, build relationships with patients, and ensure satisfaction and retention in the program.

The role is remote and full-time, starting at $15 per hour with a raise to $16 per hour after one year. You will process orders, maintain professionalism, and meet performance targets across patient interactions.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
• This is a remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Actively promote and sell CPAP equipment.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Process orders using client-specific procedures.
