Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls with patients, promote CPAP equipment, and drive reorder activity while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention.

This full-time remote role requires strong phone communication, organization, and a patient-first approach. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with a raise to $16 per hour after one year.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and highly organized.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and communicating confidently over the phone.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote sale of CPAP equipment including masks, cushions, seals and filters.
• Ensure compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach and relationship building.
• Process orders according to client procedures using the platform.
• Respond to voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
