WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to perform outbound calls and promote CPAP supplies, ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention. The role is remote and full-time, with equipment shipped to your home before start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Process orders per client procedures and navigate systems.
• Return voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
• Engage patients in the S3 program by assessing usage and satisfaction.
