Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite. You will drive growth by shaping pre‑sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while ensuring milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and CSAT.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing 10+ resources and delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience driving Cortex Cloud deployment/upgrade engagements across CSPM, CWPP, AppSec, and Cortex Cloud Automation.
• Knowledge of SOC, incident response, security controls, SOAR, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ multi‑disciplined consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling, performance management, and promotions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery across SOC operations, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, cloud posture, and automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting and automation packages.
• Build strategic client relationships and manage complex issues to safeguard project timelines.
• Onboard, train, and manage third‑party partners while enforcing internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and expand training content for internal teams.
