Job summary
American Express Global Business Travel is seeking Specialized Travel Consultants to book travel for our top clients from a home-based setup in the United States. You will collaborate with teammates to provide timely, high-touch travel solutions and exceptional service, including advising on fares, tickets, and policy adherence.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel, preferably business travel
- Strong client service focus with proactive needs anticipation
- Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo)
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and integrity
- Understanding of travel industry and policies
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups)
- Book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, road, and accommodations
- Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo)
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems
- Act as a trusted advisor to optimize travel and sales per policy
- Collaborate with team to meet account-specific goals and KPIs
