American Express Global Business Travel is seeking Specialized Travel Consultants to book travel and accommodations for our top clients from a home office. You will collaborate with teammates to deliver timely travel solutions and a high-quality service experience.

The role requires native Sabre GDS expertise, 5 years in travel, strong communication, and attention to detail. You’ll handle domestic and international itineraries and help clients follow their travel policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in travel, preferably business travel.
• Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car/air/hotel.
• Native Sabre GDS expertise and strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Book domestic and international business travel for air, rail, and hotels.
• Use Sabre GDS to issue tickets and modify itineraries.
• Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email.
• Act as trusted advisor to provide travel policy compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with team to meet account goals and service metrics.
