Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks Specialized Travel Consultants to book travel for top corporate clients from home. You will collaborate with your team to provide timely travel solutions, delivering a high-quality service experience while respecting policy and client needs.

You’ll use Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS systems and communicate effectively by phone, chat, email, and back-office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, preferably business travel, and understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel.
• Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus and/or Galileo).
• Professional communication, written and verbal, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations.
