- Native GDS expertise (Sabre).
- Keen international travel knowledge and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs.
- Arrange and book domestic and international travel (air, rail, hotels) with Sabre and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
- Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special requests.
- Collaborate within the team to coach and provide feedback to improve service levels.
