American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) is hiring for a Remote Specialized Travel Consultant in the United States. You’ll book travel for top clients from home, collaborating with your team to provide timely, high-quality travel solutions and service experiences.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in travel, Sabre GDS proficiency, and a passion for exceptional client service. You’ll handle domestic and international travel across air, rail, and hotels while following company travel

Qualifications

• 5 years of travel experience, preferably business travel.
• Proactive in delivering excellent client service.
• Native GDS expertise in Sabre.
• Strong professional communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals & groups).
• Book domestic and international business travel for air, rail, and hotels.
• Use Sabre GDS to complete bookings accurately.
• Communicate via phone, chat, e-mail, or back-office systems.
• Act as trusted advisor, upsell services while adhering to travel policy.
• Work solo and as part of a team to hit account goals.
