Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office, operations, customer support, banking, financial services, technology, or project-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal teams and support clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ existing products and map to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepare customers for installation, guide through installation, and provide post-install training and support.
• Oversee system setup, parameter settings, and job file processing for customer success.
• Provide remote or on-site software support and answer functional/technical questions.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers throughout the project.
• Create training materials and documentation for customer use.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
