Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Banking Back Office Operations Analyst who travels nationwide to support the implementation of banking software across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations. You will guide clients through planning, installation, training, and post‑installation support, ensuring smooth transitions as they adopt Jack Henry solutions.

You will train clients, configure parameters, and map processes to our software, while collaborating with analysts and programmers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution in Deposit Operations, General Ledger, or Loan Operations.
Position requires 50–60% travel for software implementations, typically 1–2 trips per month, with each trip lasting 5–9 days; travel expenses are covered by the company.
Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Implement, design, and train on Jack Henry banking software applications across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations.
Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and train on application functionality.
Analyze customers’ processes and map them to Jack Henry solutions.
Prepare clients for installation and provide post-installation support and training.
Coordinate system setup tasks and travel with the conversion team to customer sites.
Communicate with analysts, programmers, and leaders to audit transactions and resolve issues.
Create training materials and documentation for customers and internal teams.
