Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Banking Back Office Operations Analyst to support software deployments, training, and post-implementation success across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations.

You will travel nationwide to client sites, work in a client-facing role, and ensure smooth installs and training. The role requires at least 18 months in financial institutions, a willingness to travel, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial institutions in deposit operations or general ledger or loan operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and train bank software applications including Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and deliver training.
• Analyze customers' products and processes and map them to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepare clients for installation, guide setup, and provide post-installation training and support.
• Travel with the conversion team to client sites for setup, training, conversion and implementation.
• Communicate with analysts, programmers, and team leaders to audit transactions.
• Provide software support remotely and on-site, and maintain clear client communication throughout projects.
• Identify, track, and resolve customer issues; manage issue lists and routing.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
