Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience working in a financial institution in areas such as deposit operations, general ledger, or loan operations.
• Ability to travel 50-60% for software implementations; typically 1-2 trips per month, 5-9 days each.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and provide training for Jack Henry banking software applications.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and train on functionality.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, and implementation activities.
• Communicate with analysts, programmers, and team members to audit transactions across core systems.
• Provide software support remotely and on-site; maintain strong client communication throughout projects.
