Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a financial institution in deposits, general ledger, or Loan Operations.
• 50–60% travel required for software implementations, typically 1–2 trips per month, each lasting 5–9 days; travel expenses covered by the company.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and provide training for Jack Henry banking software applications (Loan Operations, General Ledger, Deposit Operations).
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and deliver training on application functionality.
• Analyze customers’ processes and map them to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepare clients for installation and provide post-installation training and support.
