Job summary

Audiense is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support pre-sales scoping and demos, build PoCs, and troubleshoot integration and data quality issues. You’ll act as a technical resource for agency and platform partners and collaborate with Sales and Partnerships.

3+ years in analytics implementation and web tracking, with strong API and data integration skills, is required. This is a remote, US-facing role with EST timezone alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, analytics role.
• Hands-on web analytics and conversion tracking implementation experience.
• Understanding of server-side vs client-side tracking and attribution implications.
• Strong API, webhook, and data integration experience.
• Familiarity with consent management and privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication translating tech to engineers and marketing stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Sales in a pre-sales technical capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-sales scoping, discovery, and demos tailored to brand stacks.
• Conduct technical audits to identify gaps in tracking and data quality.
• Build proofs-of-concept with side-by-side test pixels without disrupting live setups.
• Hand off deals to implementation with complete technical context for smooth onboarding.
• Document tracking of other platforms to expand Elevar API integrations.
• Act as a technical contact for agency and platform partners.
• Create and maintain technical docs, audit templates, and integration guides.
• Share customer feedback to inform product priorities.
