Job summary

Audiense, a consumer intelligence platform, seeks a Solutions Engineer to support pre-sales scoping, demos, and PoCs, ensuring clean tracking data across platforms. You’ll work with Elevar and the sales/partnerships teams to address integration questions and data quality challenges.

This role requires 3+ years in a technical solutions role, hands-on analytics implementation experience (GA4, GTM, CAPI), and a technical degree. It offers a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment in EST time zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics and tracking implementations (GA4, GTM).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for engineers and marketers alike.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales technical scoping, discovery, and demos for prospects and joint customers.
• Run technical audits of current implementations to identify gaps in tracking and data quality.
• Build proof-of-concept implementations and side-by-side test pixels.
• Handoff closed deals with complete technical context to onboarding teams.
• Document tracking data workflows on multiple platforms beyond Shopify.
• Serve as a technical contact for agency and platform partners.
• Create and maintain technical docs, audit templates, and integration guides.
• Share customer feedback with the Lead Solutions Engineer.
