PortX seeks a Solutions Engineer (Pre-sales) to partner with sales, understand customer integration needs, and design tailored solutions. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.

This role requires strong technical background, excellent communication, and experience in integration technologies. A remote US-based position with travel up to 20% is offered in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background including AI tools in your work.
• Experience designing and supporting integration solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on account planning and opportunity strategy.
• Drive solution selling throughout the sales cycle.
• Gather and analyze customer integration requirements and business use cases.
• Design technical solutions that integrate with banking systems and fintech apps.
• Prepare and present solution proposals and technical recommendations.
• Package and deliver product, platform, and solution demonstrations.
• Build credibility as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to hand off from sales to delivery.
• Willingness to travel for onsite customer meetings (10-20%).
