Signature Performance, Inc. is a remote-based employer seeking a Contracts Analyst to support reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements from anywhere in the United States.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards while maintaining accurate contract records to enable growth. The candidate will monitor performance, draft and finalize terms with stakeholders, and provide guidance on procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years' experience in contracting (preferably federal and commercial) including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Must have proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting a variety of commercial contract agreements.
• Must possess strong ability to review, analyze and summarize existing and potential contract terms and provide succinct meaningful feedback, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance with contractual terms and conditions and service and performance milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms and conditions with key stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and key stake holders to facilitate contract negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewal, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting commercial agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on various contracting questions.
• Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
