Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts in a remote, nationwide setup. You will ensure compliance with company policies, monitor performance, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, at least 4 years in contracting, and experience with legal and regulatory standards. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years' experience in contracting including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Must possess strong ability to review, analyze and summarize existing and potential contract terms and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Support audits and engage professionally with executive leadership daily and function in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with industry-specific contracts (technology, purchase, distribution, licensing agreements etc.).
• Must have subject matter expertise in performing reviews of invoices.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance with contractual terms and milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewal, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry standards impacting contracts.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on various contracting questions.
• Perform other duties as required.
