Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards. You will monitor performance, manage records, and mitigate risks across contract lifecycles in a fast-paced, remote nationwide setting.

The role requires a 4+ year track record in contracting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years in contracting, including drafting, negotiating and supporting various contracts.
• Proven experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating contract terms.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting/updating corporate policies and procedures; reviewing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts for policy and legal alignment.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely execution.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support renewals, amendments, and terminations; provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on laws and industry standards affecting agreements.
