Signature Performance, Inc. offers a remote-based Contract Analyst role nationwide. You will review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, and support negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects while providing guidance on contractual procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field (Preferred)
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting, negotiating, and supporting various commercial contracts
• Proven experience in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail oriented with high accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures
• Proven ability to review, analyze and summarize contract terms and provide feedback
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience with industry-specific contracts (technology, purchase, distribution, licensing)
• Subject matter expert in reviewing invoices

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements
• Monitor contract performance for compliance and milestones
• Assist drafting, negotiating, and finalizing terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals
• Maintain accurate records of contractual documents and ensure timely execution
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigations
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and termination processes
• Provide guidance and training on contractual procedures and best practices
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight
• Perform research on contracting questions
• Perform other related duties as required
