Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst for a remote, nationwide role. You will support reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure policy and legal compliance.

The position emphasizes thorough analysis, accuracy, and timely contract execution across multiple projects. You will draft and negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and partners, monitor lifecycle performance, and provide guidance to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in contracting including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide guidance on contractual procedures and best practices.
