Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst for a remote nationwide role. You will review and analyze commercial agreements to ensure policy and legal compliance, while maintaining accurate contract records throughout the lifecycle.

You will draft, negotiate, and finalize terms with clients, vendors, and partners, monitor performance for milestones, and advise stakeholders on risk mitigation. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position that supports growth and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or health-related field.
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting and negotiations.
• Experience drafting, analyzing, and supporting commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting/updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proficient in reviewing and summarizing contract terms for stakeholders.
• Experience with industry-specific contracts (tech, purchase, licensing).
• Must review invoices.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely execution.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support renewals, amendments, and terminations processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting procedures to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on laws and industry standards affecting agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and research contracting questions.
• Perform other duties as required.
