This position emphasizes coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure terms meet policy requirements and legal standards while supporting renewals and terminations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years' contracting experience, drafting, negotiating and supporting diverse contracts.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts for policy and legal compliance.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure milestones are met.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely execution.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide guidance on contract procedures to internal teams.
