Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst for a remote nationwide role. You will review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with policies and laws, and coordinate with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, risk assessment, contract lifecycle monitoring, and training internal teams on procedures. You will support negotiations and maintain accurate contract records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field (Preferred).
• 4+ years' contracting experience (federal and commercial) including drafting, negotiating and supporting various contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting a variety of commercial contract agreements.
• Strong ability to review, analyze, summarize, and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance and milestones.
• Assist drafting, negotiating, and finalizing terms with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely execution.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide guidance on contractual procedures and best practices.
