Job summary

Digital Prospectors is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support growth of teams developing robotics and AI/ML capabilities. You will partner closely with engineering leadership to define hiring priorities and attract exceptional technical talent in competitive markets.

This role requires full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Significant recent experience recruiting for AI/ML, robotics, computer vision, software engineering, and infrastructure or platform engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering directly with Engineering Directors, Vice Presidents, and technical founders.
• Experience supporting venture-backed startups or rapidly growing technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and recruit passive candidates across AI/ML, robotics, computer vision, software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, and research.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess technical backgrounds, motivation, and overall alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate feedback.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Support improvements to recruiting processes, interview practices, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
