Job summary

Datasite in New York City is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for senior level technical roles across our global organization. As a key member of our growing Talent Acquisition and HR team, you will identify, attract and secure top engineering and technology talent.

The ideal candidate has deep experience recruiting for technical disciplines (AI, ML, Infrastructure Engineering, etc.), excels at partnering with leaders and engineering stakeholders, communicates

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with proven success recruiting technical roles.
• AI fluency - deep familiarity with AI terminology and deployment realities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring outcomes.
• Strong technical sourcing capabilities including Boolean search and targeted outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus; agency experience is beneficial.
• Established network within AI, data, product and engineering communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies targeting active and passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, networks and events.
• Evaluate technical skill sets to ensure candidates meet functional and organizational needs.
• Provide market intelligence to help leaders plan for future workforce needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Manage a diverse, high-volume requisition load.
• Leverage employer branding and creative sourcing to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow in Workday; collaborate with HR on trends.
