Job summary

Output Biosciences is seeking a full-time AI Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for roles from AI research scientists to computational biologists. The role is remote within the United States, focusing on building candidate pipelines and conducting technical screenings.

You will own sourcing, screening, and closing, while developing screening frameworks and interview processes to identify exceptional talent in AI and biotech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in AI/ML, research, or engineering.
• Proven ability to source and close niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML to credibly screen researchers and assess qualifications.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML research community, including conferences and venues.
• Experience with startup compensation structures, including equity and offer positioning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing within the AI and biotech communities.
• Design and improve screening frameworks and interview processes to efficiently identify top talent.
