Job summary

Greene Resources is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join a growing team on a 6-month contract. The role supports a range of technical searches across engineering and AI infrastructure, coordinating sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, building pipelines, managing high-volume candidate streams, and leveraging ATS and AI tools to improve efficiency. Remote work across US time zones is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical or engineering positions.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, or related areas.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and outreach skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proofread candidate communications and recruiting documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and hard-to-fill positions using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct passive candidate outreach and build talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Review and assess high-volume candidate pipelines and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, follow-up, and status updates.
• Depending on experience and business needs, manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Utilize the organization's ATS to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to prioritize searches and shift recruiting support based on changing business needs.
• Support recruiting for positions across varying levels of experience and technical disciplines.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all candidate communications and recruiting documentation are accurate, polished, and free of errors.
• Leverage available recruiting technology and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency and productivity.
