NewsBreak is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, AI & Engineering, to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI, ML, and infrastructure roles. You will partner with engineering leaders to translate hiring plans into rigorous sourcing and closing strategies in one of the most competitive AI markets.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles, from senior IC to staff/principal level.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and build hiring plans aligned to team priorities.
• Develop and execute creative, proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent from leading AI companies and top-tier Silicon Valley technology firms.
• Build and maintain a strong personal network and talent pipeline across AI/ML, backend, infrastructure, and platform engineering.
• Deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience, from first outreach through offer and close, including for senior and executive-level technical candidates.
