Accenture is seeking a technically fluent, AI-savvy Technical Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle hiring for advanced AI talent. This remote contractor role requires strong sourcing, market intelligence, and a track record of closing competitive tech talent.

You will serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders while delivering a transparent, candidate-centric experience throughout the process. Availability for 8-hour shifts within ET business hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment for technical/engineering talent.
• 1 year of dedicated experience recruiting for AI-focused roles (Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Platform Engineering, AI Product Management).
• 1 year hands-on use of AI-enabled recruiting tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini, HiredScore or similar).
• Experience presenting hiring recommendations to stakeholders and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI and emerging technology roles.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and talent availability.
• Assess candidates' technical capabilities with evidence-based evaluations.
• Build and maintain pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and long-term engagement strategies.
• Create and manage recruiting dashboards and time-to-fill metrics in Workday.
• Deliver timely communications and a respectful candidate experience.
