Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician for a 9–12 month remote role in the United States. You will maintain clinical drug lists, support PA processes, and prepare client materials, with quality checkpoints and cross-functional collaboration.

Role emphasizes attention to detail, automation awareness, and experience with Medispan/MMIT/RxLogic. Individual contributors coordinate with pharmacists and operations to meet deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services such as utilization management, coverage review, or prior authorization resolution.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain quantity limit (QL) rules and complete downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate for clinical review.
