Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. You will ensure benefit data accuracy, enabling pharmacists and clinical leaders to focus on strategy and decisions.

The role is a hands-on, contract position with a 9–12 month timeframe, remote in the United States, with responsibilities across data maintenance, reporting, and process automation enhancements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services.
• Experience with formulary, drug lists and NDC identifiers.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claims adjudication data and client materials.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update prior authorization coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain quantity limit rules and downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate for clinical review.
