Qualifications

• High school diploma and CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years in PBM supporting clinical services.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Hands-on with formulary or drug information databases.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Effective communication with pharmacists and teams.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists.
• Update PA criteria docs with formulary updates.
• Maintain QL rules and downstream changes.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve issues.
• Prepare coverage policies and client drug lists.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates.
• Analyze medication lists and client materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy via automation.
