Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, support prior authorization workflows, and prepare client-facing clinical materials.

This hands-on role focuses on accuracy, process improvement through automation, and collaboration with pharmacists and clinical teams. The position is a 9–12 month contract with remote US-based work, requiring attention to detail, PBM experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services, such as utilization management or prior authorization.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formulary listings, and NDC identifiers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and synchronize drug lists and PA documents.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QC checkpoints for PA updates and reporting with pharmacist oversight.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing clinical materials.
