Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, update PA criteria, and prepare client materials. This remote, U.S.-based role focuses on accurate benefit information to support pharmacists and clinical leaders.

You will own recurring maintenance, work with clinical and operations teams, and leverage automation to improve processes. The contract runs 9 to 12 months with an 8-hour workday Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Active CPhT certification with state registration or licensure where required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, PA resolution).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations and NDC identifiers.
• Proficiency with formulary/drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to compare data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve drug list and benefit setup questions.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and PA printing with pharmacist review.
