Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents, resolve list and benefit setup questions, and prepare reports and client materials.

This hands-on role supports pharmacists and clinical leadership by keeping benefit information accurate and current. The position focuses on recurring maintenance and reporting with QA checkpoints, and offers a remote U.S.-based arrangement for 9 to 12 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services such as utilization management, coverage review, or PA resolution.
• Experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain quantity limit (QL) rules and downstream changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate for clinical review.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with clinician review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports for client-facing materials and disruption analyses for business reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
