Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists and PA documents, resolve list and benefit setup questions, and prepare client reports. This hands-on role focuses on accuracy and process improvements.

The contract runs 9 to 12 months with an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday, remote in the U.S. Pay ranges between $20 and $40 per hour. You will work with pharmacists and PBM platforms like Medispan, MMIT, and RxLogic to support clinical

Formación

• Pharmacy technician experience and credentials required.
• Mail order and specialty pharmacy knowledge preferred.
• Experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain quantity limit (QL) rules and complete downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve clinical drug list and benefit setup questions, escalating when needed.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports, including disruption analyses for business reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operations to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
