Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years supporting clinical services for PBM.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in drug list management platform.
• Update PA criteria documents with formulary updates.
• Maintain QL rules and downstream changes.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve issues; escalate where needed.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and reports; prepare client materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operations to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy via automation.
