Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. You will work to resolve questions and ensure timely reporting under QA review, on a 9–12 month contract.

You will collaborate with pharmacists and operations, use Medispan, MMIT, and RxLogic, and leverage Excel and PowerPoint to prepare disruption analyses and business reviews for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPhT preferred or required.
• 2+ years in PBM clinical services, including utilization or PA support.
• Experience with formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and PBM platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication for client materials.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria docs with formulary updates.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve drug list questions.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing.
• Analyze and publish medication lists and client materials for reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operations to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy via automation and AI tools.
