Baystate Health is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to support patients and providers in MA & CT. The role involves scheduling, professional communication, and using clinical systems while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Per Diem, Days shift, with hours as needed and Mon–Fri availability. Training and benefits supporting education, growth, and work-life balance are offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience in a physician office or customer service setting.
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and internal/external customers.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and arrange consultations for patients and providers.
• Respond professionally to calls, faxes, and online portal requests.
• Document interactions accurately and follow standard processes and confidentiality rules.
• Use Baystate systems to access and share patient and physician information.
• Meet quality, productivity, and call-processing standards; collaborate with the team.
