Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Scheduler for our Call Center team. The role will manage appointment scheduling, registration, referrals, and inquiries across multiple specialties using integrated systems to ensure timely, high-quality care and a positive patient experience.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with onboarding on site to learn the role. Primary site covers MetroWest MA (Concord, Burlington) and Salem, NH, with potential for remote work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Customer service in a call center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer or make calls to learn about and address client needs, complaints, or issues.
• Respond to callers efficiently and accurately, explaining solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Practice active listening, confirm information, and diffuse upset callers as needed.
• Use company software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering consistent service.
• Follow all policies and training to ensure quality support.
