Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Less than 1 year in call center, healthcare, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and data entry skills; ability to navigate systems.
• Familiarity with patient portal and basic triage capability.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine inbound calls, emails and requests.
• Provides accurate information and coordinates scheduling and financial clearance.
• Documents contacts and processes documents for service delivery.
• Escalates priority issues and collaborates with clinical staff as needed.
