BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to help consumers resolve accounts with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You will discuss options, document interactions, and meet performance goals with coaching.

The role offers $17/hour plus monthly commission, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off. The company provides equipment, training, and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style.

What You’ll Do:

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
