Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced consumer insights managers to help train its latest language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will design and oversee studies, synthesize findings, and ensure high-quality outputs across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Train AI models by coordinating consumer insights across docs, sheets, and slides
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and decks based on feedback
• Synthesize findings into actionable product recommendations and research briefs
