Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced insights and competitive intelligence managers to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week and a $70/hour rate.

You will conduct market research, build market sizing models, create competitor battlecards, and produce pricing matrices to inform go-to-market and product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting market research, competitive intelligence, or industry benchmarking analysis in an agency, consulting, or in-house strategy role.
• Direct experience building market sizing models, competitor battlecards, or pricing comparison matrices used to inform go-to-market or product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (competitive landscape decks, market sizing models, battlecards, pricing matrices).
• Produce industry benchmarking reports and trend analyses to support product and GTM decisions.
• Summarize customer and stakeholder insights to inform strategy and pricing discussions.
