Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced behavioural insights researchers to train its language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated outputs across key workflows such as usability findings decks and interview syntheses.

Required 4+ years of customer or user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle, plus expert-level reporting and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research across interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Own the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop research artifacts such as journey maps, interview summaries, and screener criteria.
• Translate findings into actionable product recommendations and design guidance.
• Collaborate with Ethos team to align research with product goals.
