Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Consumer Engagement within the CWP Rx Enrollment segment.

You will lead a team of associates dedicated to guiding members through pharmacy benefit education, enrollment, and activation while driving engagement and adherence to Humana’s values. In this Work at Home role, you’ll coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and support strategic initiatives that improve member experience, optimize pharmacy resources, and contribute to Humana’s Bold Goals for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in customer service, consumer engagement, pharmacy benefit, healthcare, or related operations.
• Must reside in AZ, TX, FL, OH, NC, KY, IN, CO, OK, TN, or VA to meet WAH eligibility.
• Ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment with daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Consumer Engagement associates to meet performance targets.
• Oversee education, engagement, and mail-order enrollment activities, ensuring compliance.
• Deliver empathetic, solution‑oriented service and guide members in benefits decisions.
• Coordinate participation in special projects and campaigns, and drive process improvements.
• Monitor call quality and campaign results, holding the team accountable to policies.
